How do you use a Noon coupon code at checkout in the UAE?

Before you start: use the UAE store

Noon runs a separate store for each country. A code checked for noon.com/uae-en may not work on noon.com/saudi-en, because accounts, prices, currency and eligibility rules differ between the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The quickest check is the currency next to prices: you should see AED.

In the UAE, Noon prices are shown in dirhams (AED) and normally include 5% VAT. The UAE store is separate from the Saudi store in account context, currency and delivery options, so whether you deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah, make sure the delivery address is inside the UAE before you apply a code.

Steps from cart to payment

Follow these in order and do not skip the final review — a code accepted in the cart does not mean the order is complete or that cashback is guaranteed.

1. Sign in to your Noon UAE account.
2. Add the items you actually intend to buy to the cart.
3. Open the cart or checkout and find the “Coupon” or “Promo code” field.
4. Copy the code from our page exactly, with no spaces before or after, and paste it.
5. Tap “Apply” and wait for the accepted or rejected message.
6. Read the line under the code: is it a discount taken off the total, or cashback credited later?
7. Compare the value shown with your cart total in AED before pressing Pay.

A worked UAE example

Say you are in Dubai with a 700 AED cart. If the terms shown to you are 10% for a new customer capped at 50 AED, the arithmetic gives 70 AED, but the cap makes it 50 AED. This is an illustration of how a cap works, not a promised amount; checkout decides the actual figure.

The key point: rely on the number checkout shows for your account and basket at that moment, not on a figure you read somewhere else.

Check cashback before you pay, not after

Many current Noon codes give coupon cashback as Noon Credits instead of an instant discount. That means the amount you pay now does not go down, and credits are added later after delivery under Noon’s terms. Read the description next to the code. If you specifically want an instant discount, decide before paying.

If no line describing a discount or cashback appears after applying, do not assume it will be applied automatically. Remove and re-enter the code, or see our troubleshooting guide.

Eligibility caveats we cannot know in advance
